These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to the Shubh Utsav Festive Campaign consisting of Shubh Utsav Lucky Draw and the Shubh Utsav Selfie Contest (collectively referred to as “Campaign”) organized by Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (“Mahindra Finance”). By participating, customers agree to be bound by the T&C.
1. Campaign Duration
The Campaign will run from 22nd September 2025 to 31st October 2025 (“Offer Period”). Any participation outside this period will not be considered.
2. Shubh Utsav Lucky Draw
2.1 Eligibility
All customers who have taken a vehicle loan from Mahindra Finance, for purchasing a new passenger vehicle, or for purchasing a new vehicle from the Mahindra Pik-Up Segment (Mahindra Bolero Pik-Up, Mahindra Bolero Camper, Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up City or Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up HD), during the Offer Period will automatically qualify.
Employees and immediate families of Mahindra Finance employees and partner agencies are not eligible.
2.2 Reward Structure
1 Winner: Shubh Reward up to ₹10 Lakhs (Shubh Utsav Lucky Draw Reward value will be equal to the vehicle loan value or up to a maximum vehicle loan value of up to Rs. 10 Lakhs, whichever is lower), to be paid in the manner detailed below.
10 Winners: 0% interest on the vehicle loan availed during the Offer Period
2.3 Selection Process
Winners will be chosen by a randomizer tool at the end of the Campaign. We will conduct the Lucky Draw on 12th November, or on such later date as determined by Mahindra Finance. The winners shall be announced by 20th November.
The process will be conducted fairly and transparently, supervised by an independent third-party auditor or such other person as per Mahindra Finance’s discretion.
2.4 Reward Calculation
Shubh Reward (Reward Up to Rs. 10 Lakhs):
If the winning customer’s loan amount is above ₹10,00,000, the Reward amount of ₹10,00,000 will be utilised towards part payment of the outstanding balance of the loan as on the date of the announcement of the Shubh Reward. The remaining balance will continue as per the original contract terms (e.g., interest rate and Equal Monthly Instalments (EMI) and other terms and conditions related to the loan will continue without any changes.)
For loans above ₹10,00,000, the prize will result in a reduction of the loan tenure. The EMI will remain unchanged, and the interest rate will remain as per the original contract terms.
If the selected customer’s loan amount is below ₹10,00,000, the Reward amount will be utilised to repay the entire loan and the loan will be closed, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued, subject to payment of interest and other charges up to the date of repayment.
For avoidance of doubt, no other dues of the customer will be paid out of the Shubh Reward. Further, no other payment will be made to the customer.
Shubh Reward would be applicable only after the declaration of the winners, and the winners will not be compensated for the Interest/EMI/Charges already paid by them prior to the declaration of these rewards.
All adjustments to the customers’ loan accounts will be given effect to on or with effect from 30th November 2025
2.4.2 Shubh Reward (0% Loan Interest for Winners):
The 10 winning customers will have 0% interest on their vehicle loan and will repay only the principal amount of their loan. This is effective from the date of declaration of the Shubh Reward.
For the winners, 0% loan interest would be applicable only after the declaration of the winners, and the winners will not be compensated for the Interest/EMI/Charges already paid by them prior to the declaration of these rewards.
All other terms and conditions related to their loan contract will remain the same without any change.
2.5 Taxes & Liabilities
Any applicable taxes (TDS) would be grossed up and paid by the company.
Winners have to provide their PAN details and any other necessary documents to Mahindra Finance as applicable.
2.6 Winner Communication
Winners will be contacted on their registered mobile number/email.
If a winner does not respond within 15 working days, Mahindra Finance reserves the right to forfeit the reward and/or select another winner for the Campaign.
3. Shubh Utsav Selfie Contest (Social Media)
3.1 Contest Participation Flow

Share a selfie post or reel featuring your new vehicle at the showroom. Show off your creativity and excitement! Ensure the vehicle is prominently visible in your post or reel. - Caption Requirements
Add the contest hashtag #ShubhUtsav and tag @mahindrafin in the caption. Posts or reels without the hashtag or tag will not be considered. - Send a DM
After publishing your post or reel, send a Direct Message (DM) to Mahindra Finance with the hashtag #ShubhUtsav to make the contest entry. - Fill Out the Contest Form
You will receive a contest form directly in the DM to fill out your details and finalize your participation. Filling out the form is mandatory for your entry to be valid. - Verification & Shortlisting
- After submitting your details, your entry will be verified to ensure compliance with the contest rules.
- Eligible entries will be shortlisted randomly.
- Winner Selection & Announcement
- Shortlisted participants will undergo verification of the vehicle details provided during registration to ensure eligibility.
- 21 lucky winners will be announced on Mahindra Finance’s official social media pages every Wednesday (on Oct 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th & 5th Nov). Winners will be selected through a lucky draw from the eligible entries.
3.2 Important Notes
3.2.1 Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals who meet the participation criteria, regardless of whether their vehicle is financed by Mahindra Finance. Ownership of the vehicle featured in the selfie is mandatory.
Employees and immediate families of Mahindra Finance employees and partner agencies are not eligible.
3.2.2 Original Content: All posts/reels must be your original content. Any plagiarized or duplicate content will result in disqualification.
3.2.3 Public Profiles: Your Instagram or Facebook profile must remain public throughout the contest period to allow verification of your entry.
3.2.4 Accuracy of Details: The details you provide in the contest form must be accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will result in disqualification.
3.2.5 Winner Verification: Winners will be contacted via DM and may be required to provide additional details for verification. If the winner fails to respond or provide the required information within 48 hours, their entry will be considered forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
3.2.6 Rewards (Prizes): 21 lucky winners every week will each win a voucher worth Rs. 5000. The winners will be announced on Mahindra Finance’s official social media pages every Wednesday during the contest period.
The reward vouchers will be sent to the winners within 1 month of closure of the Offer Period, i.e. one month from 31st October 2025.
If any winner is found to be ineligible (based on these T&C) or provides false / misleading information, the reward will be revoked.
3.2.7 Voucher / Reward Specific Conditions
Each voucher will have its own validity period and redemption terms as detailed by the voucher issuer. Winners must use the voucher within the time frame and as per partner terms.
Mahindra Finance is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers / codes. No duplicates or replacements will be given.
Vouchers are subject to availability from the issuer.
If there is any dispute related to the voucher, the decision of Mahindra Finance will be final and binding.
Vouchers are subject to validity and issuer T&C. No exchange/replacement permitted.
Vouchers are non‐transferable, non‐negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2.8 Contest Period: The “Shubh Utsav” Selfie Contest will run from 22nd September 2025 to 31st October 2025. Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.
3.3 Disclaimer
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Participants release Instagram/Facebook from any and all liability related to this contest.

4. General Conditions
One participant can win only once across each contest type in the Campaigns.
Mahindra Finance reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, not genuine, contain offensive content, or violate platform policies.
Mahindra Finance reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activities, providing false information, or violating the terms and conditions related to the Campaigns.
By participating in the Campaign, the participants authorise Mahindra Finance the right to use their personal information such as names, images, entries and social media posts for promotional/publicity purposes across various digital and offline media till perpetuity, without any compensation. The participant authorizes and consents to Mahindra Finance collecting, accessing, processing, and utilizing its personal information for the limited and specific purpose as stated above.
Mahindra Finance shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the contest.
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
The Campaigns may be withdrawn, modified, or extended without prior notice at any time, at the sole discretion of Mahindra Finance.
The decision of Mahindra Finance in all matters related to the Campaigns will be final and binding.
In relation to the Shubh Utsav Lucky Draw, the loan account of the winner must not have any default / missed payments / non‐compliance with terms and conditions at the time of declaration of the winners. If any of these issues exist, the winner will automatically become ineligible for the reward.
Mahindra Finance shall not be responsible for:
Technical errors, internet failures, or social media outages affecting participation.
Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events beyond its control.
Any modifications, cancellation or termination of the Campaign due to change in applicable law.
5. Governing Law
The Campaign is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
