Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum age of Applicant: 21 years
• Maximum age of Applicant at loan maturity: 50 years
• Minimum employment: 1 year from date of joining

Documents Required

• Proof of Identity:

  Passport / Photo Credit Card/ PAN Card/ Voters Id card/ driving license/ Employee ID issued by Government of India/ PSU/ Limited companies/ Local Panchayat ID card/ Copy of Licence received from govt. for business/ Notary certification with Photograph. 3 recent passport size photos will also be required.

• Income Proof:

  Latest salary slip with Form 16. Documents certifying details of land owned by customers.

• Address Proof:

  Lease Agreement/ Ration card/ Driving license/ House Tax Challan/ Housing Society Bill/ Voters card/ passport/ telephone bill/ electricity bill/ Water Tax Challan/ Telephone Bill / WLL Connection/ Credit Card Statement/ Post Paid mobile bills (2 bills required - bill of the last completed month and of 6 month before the last completed month)/ PAN Card/ Bank Certification / Statement duly certified by the bank in original/ Gas Connection Bill. The documents collected towards identity proof to reflect the current Registered address & Permanent Address of proprietors/ partners / Directors of the concern/firm.

• Years in service/profession:

  1 year cumulative service with proof from employers

  Latest ITR

• Address Proof:

  The documents collected towards identity proof to reflect the current Registered address & Permanent Address of proprietors/ partners / Directors of the concern/firm.

Documents Requirement

• Income Proof:

  Audited balance sheet, Profit & loss Account for latest 3 years and the latest 3 years IT returns of the company

• Address Proof:

  The documents collected towards identity proof to reflect the current Registered address & Permanent Address of proprietors/ partners / Directors of the concern/firm.

• Proof of Identity:

  MOA & AOA (with registration certificate),Pan Card copy of Directors. 3 recent passport size photos will also be required.

• Income Proof:

  Audited balance sheet, Profit & loss Account for latest 3 years and the latest 3 years IT returns of the company

• Address Proof:

  The documents collected towards identity proof to reflect the current Registered address & Permanent Address of proprietors/ partners / Directors of the concern/firm.
